Easy Holiday Entertaining Recipes.
Hey, hey last Sunndayyyy of October!!

Who else is so excited for today? In a way, I feel like it’s almost a three-day weekend with tomorrow being Halloween and all. I mean, I know that most of us have work, but I’m hoping it’s going to be a pretty “chill” kind of work day!
Seeing that Tuesday is November first, and seeing as this can only mean that the holiday season has basically arrived, I thought you guys might appreciate a list of some of my favorite easy entertaining recipes. Around here the holidays are always busy and my parent’s house is usually bursting at the seams, just the way my mom loves it! And this year I hear that we are apparently adding a whole new crew to the mix. My brother Brendan’s girlfriend Lyndsie…you guys remember Lyndsie. Well her entire California family (some who have never seen snow!) are headed to our house in the mountains…all 10 of them!
Fortunately/unfortunately – not quite sure at this point, a few of the fam has to leave the day after Christmas (remember my cousin Abby who is headed off to India?). Lyndsie’s family doesn’t come until the 27th, so mom’s hoping she can find a way to get everyone to fit. Ever read that book The Mitten, well my mom tends to think that she can somehow stretch the house out enough to make room for one more (lots of extra mattresses up there)!
Anyway, I thought I would share with you a few of the easy holiday entertaining recipes I turn to at times like this, when I need something that I know everyone will love, and that can easily be prepared!
Ok, keeping things short and sweet today. Hope you guys enjoy this list and have a great Halloweeny kind of Sunday! ?

Wow, what a great list. I’ll definitely have to make some of these for my upcoming party! I’m making the apple margarita for sure- I can’t resist anything apple and alcoholic! I just recently tried the apple cocktail on this page http://spoiledtoperfection.com/blog/blog/2016/10/24/sparkling-wine-cocktails-for-the-holidays/ and it is amazing! But sometimes you just don’t want a sparkling cocktail!
