Our 2021 Mother’s Day Menu and Entertaining Tips.
Our 2021 Mother’s Day Menu and Entertaining Tips …to help make all the moms out there feel extra loved this year. We’re sharing a round-up of our favorite cocktails, brunch, and dinner recipes, as well as a few entertaining tips too. Appetizers, brunch dishes, simple dinners, sides, and of course sweet cakes and more! Everything from cocktails to my mom’s favorite desserts, and even some thoughts on flowers (yes, you NEED them). It’s going to be a delicious Mother’s Day!

I always hesitate to share these types of “round-up” style posts, but year after year you guys continue to request them. I guess it’s nice to see a group of recipes for a specific occasion or event all in one place.
Since a Mother’s Day menu was a big request this year, I am taking today to share a few of my favorite recipes to help celebrate all the moms out there. Some of those listed below are my mom’s personal favorites (like the croissant french toast), while others are recipes I think you and your mom may enjoy too. I have a wide selection, but did narrow it down a bit because I didn’t want to overwhelm everyone with too many recipes to choose from!
With last year’s Mother’s Day being a bit of a bust, I think we’re all hoping to make this year extra special. So with that, dive in! Hoping you all have a wonderful Mother’s Day! I’d love to know how you plan to celebrate and what you’ll be making too!
See you tomorrow for something sweet to end the week!

A Few Entertaining Tips/Tricks…
– When preparing a brunch for any occasion, do your best to pick recipes that can be mostly prepped ahead. Mornings can be rush, rush, so save yourself the stress, and pick simple, make-ahead recipes.
– Always kick things off with a fun cocktail to create a relaxing and welcoming vibe. No one likes a stiff party. Cocktails are a great way to kick things off. Need drinks with no alcohol? No worries, just omit the alcohol from recipes and add a splash more citrus and sparkling water. In truth, no-one knows the difference!
– Bring the spring flowers inside and really embrace the garden theme. Line the table with fresh-cut flowers and kick the night off with a flora cocktail. End the night with a flora infused dessert. I have yet to meet a mom who does not love flowers, you know?!
– Lastly, add a personal touch to your table by creating a mini bouquet of flowers. These can act as a place setting for each plate around the table. My favorite roses are from Grace Rose Farm. Stunning…and you can still order!
