Baja Fish Tacos.
It is time to cheer up those winter time blues.
With lots and lots of color.
My favorite winter pick me up.
By making colorful flavorful tacos!
Tacos with fried fish, crema, slaw, salsa, Cojita and avocados.
Yup, they are guaranteed to brighten your day.
Also, they are kind of perfect for Valentines Day.
I mean, they are pink.
With pretty pops of red pomegranate jewels.

THIS! these tacos did brighten my day! I mean I’m Mexican and Tacos are kind of a regular thing here, but I was craving fish and, like you I like my food to be colorful and fresh. The grapefruit salsa surprised everyone! I served them with refried beans, which some people opted to spread on their tacos and said worked deliciously!
Thank’s for the recipe, your blog (and AMAZING photos) always do make me smile 🙂

I should say that I was really surprised to see grapefruit among the ingredients for tacos! Why have you decided to choose exactly this fruit? I have never tasted fish tacos so I guess I should make ones.
I think the grapefruit pairs really well with the fish and I love using in season produce. Thanks Maria and I hope you get to give these a try!
Better Homes & Gardens blog? You go, girl! And you’re absolutely right — that pop of pink from the poms absolutely cures any winter doldrums! Love me some fish tacos.. I mean, I AM a Californian! It’s in our blood 🙂
