Three Ingredient Strawberry Mango Popsicles.
{Today I’ve partnered with Simply Orange to share these quick, easy and refreshing popsicles that are the perfect summertime treat…bring on the heat! For more Simply Orange recipes, be sure to follow their Facebook page.}
Can we talk about popsicles please?!

More specifically strawberry, mango and low acid orange juice popsicles? Just THREE ingredients and yet SO good. Did I mention, SO good?? I’m kind of excited here. I mean, it’s not every day such a simple recipe turns out to be so amazing, and surprisingly very pretty too.
Clearly these pops are a HUGE winner in my book!
Somehow we have already entered into the second week of June. For me, that means, time to start breaking out all the popsicle, ice cream, gelato and frozen yogurt recipes…basically any and all recipes that scream summer… YES!
Are you guys as excited as I am? I feel like I say this every year, but no matter what age I am, summer will always be synonymous with awesome memories and great times. June through August are all about summer vacations, long days spent in the sun snacking on popsicles and late nights sitting around a bonfire eating S’mores. Of course the summers of my memories aren’t quite like my grown up ones. Summers now, versus summers spent in Cleveland as a kid/teen are very, very different, but I mean… that’s life, you grow up, things change… you know how it goes. That said, I’m still super exited for what’s going on this summer. I may not be spending a whole lot of time at the pool or beach, BUT other good things will surely be happening. And yes, there will still be lots and lots of summertime treats like popsicles, ice cream and um… more popsicles? J

Anyway, let’s chat about these popsicles. Honestly, they’re just about one of my favorite recipes of the summer. To me, summertime recipes should be all about fast and easy so that more time can be spent outside in the warm weather. When you have basically a two-month break between freezing rain and snow, you gotta take advantage of the warm weather! That’s when these three ingredients popsicles come into play.
I teamed up with Simply Orange to share with you their new low acid orange juice. I’m a huge fan of orange juice and use it in a lot in my cooking and baking. What I love most about Simply Orange is that their products are not from concentrate, never sweetened and never frozen. For me this is a BIG deal because I like to know exactly what’s in my orange juice. The new Simply Orange Low Acid is smooth, mild and has a delicious taste that now everyone can love! It’s the perfect juice to use as the base for popsicles or to enjoy as a standalone beverage. It pairs really well with the tropical mango and summer strawberries I used in these 3 Ingredient Strawberry Mango Popsicles!

OKok, so here’s how these go. You ready? They’re quick.
…puree some fresh strawberries with a little orange juice and then add the puree to your popsicles molds.
…puree a whole bunch of super ripe mango chunks with a little more orange juice and then pour this mix over the strawberry mix.
…freeze.
…done and DONE…now eat!
My family LOVES these popsicles. We’ve decided they’re best eaten as a refreshing delicious treat after a great hike, but really they’re perfect after anything in the sun. Of course, I’ve also seen my little brother sneak one in as schoolwork diversion… it’s non-stop schoolwork for that kid right now… gotta get it in somewhere! So really, sun or no sun, any time is the perfect time for these cool treats! Trust me, you’ve just met your newest addiction!

They are THAT good.

Three Ingredient Strawberry Mango Popsicles.
By halfbakedharvest
Course: Snack
Cuisine: American
Keyword: mango, popsicle, strawberry
Just THREE ingredients and yet SO good. Did I mention, SO good??
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh strawberries stems removed + hulled
- 2 cups ripe mangos peeled + cubed (or 3 frozen, thawed mango chunks)
- 1 cup Simply Orange Low Acid divided
Instructions
-
In a blender, combine the strawberries with 1/4 cup Simply Orange Low Acid and blend until completely smooth. Pour the mixture among 8 popsicle molds.
-
Rinse the blender out and add the mango chunks and remaining 3/4 cup orange juice and blend until smooth. Pour the mango mixture over the strawberry mix, filling the molds to the top. Use a knife to gently swirl some of the strawberry puree up into the mango puree. If desired add a few thinly sliced strawberries to each mold.
-
Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for 1 hour. Remove and insert popsicle sticks. Return to the freezer and freeze until firm, about 4 hours. To remove the popsicles run the mold under hot water for 10 seconds and then pull the popsicles out of the molds. Store in the freezer.

Is it popsicle time yet?! Yes, yes, YES.
PS. Asher says these three ingredient Strawberry Mango Popsicles are her very favorite…way better than anything she has ever gotten from the grocery store. YEAHHH!!

These look great! I also love the Simply juices, their Limeade is pretty awesome! When I actually purchase orange juice, it’s always the low acid kind. I will be giving both the juice and the pops a try!
Thank you! Hope that works well for you! And I hope you love the Popsicles!!

Easy, pretty, and frozen. I have a bottle of Simply Orange in my fridge right now and I’m up to my ears in strawberries after a stint in a local strawberry patch, so I am SO on this. Thanks for sharing such a great recipe!!
YESS! How perfect! I hope you love them!! Thanks Sam!
Why did you put ice cubes on top of the popsicles??
For photo purposes and to help the popsicles stay cold while I photographed them. Thanks!

I’m STILL jealous! But seriously sounds like you need these LOL

Thank you Debs! Hope you love them (:
Ooh, I was not aware that Simply Orange has a low-acid option. That is great to know! These look so beautiful, refreshing, and delicious. I have to ask…what brand are/where did you get your popsicle moulds? They are on my list of items I need for my household, but I have been unsure of which to purchase. I really like that these are separate so that you can choose to pull out as many as you want, not all at the same time.
Thanks so much, Kate! I just bought mine from amazon. Below is the link, thanks again!

1. I am STOKED for summer too – and for these popsicles. I must make them pronto! They’re so vibrant! 2. You just blew my mind – I have the same popsicle mold, but I had no idea the individual molds came out of the frame!! I’ve got pops freezing up right now and I’m going to try to see if mine does that when they’re done!
YAY! I hope they come out perfect!! I’m sure they will! (:
Can we substitute the strawberries for other fruits?

Thanks so much Alina! xTieghan
These are so beautiful! How did you get them to be kind of gorgeously ombré and two-toned?
Thanks so much Kaitlin! It’s just how they blended when poured into the popsicle molds. I hope you love the recipe! xTieghan
Can you add alcohol to these like you do for some of your other popsicle recipes? 🙂 if so, what kind would you recommend, and how much would you add? Thanks!
Hey Mandy,
Sure, I don’t see why that wouldn’t work! I would do 1/2 cup of tequila or vodka. Just know the texture of these will change since alcohol doesn’t fully freeze. Please let me know if you give it a try! xTieghan
